HEY! . . . I GOT A GREAT IDEA! . . . LET'S MAKE A MOVIE!

Back to the indictment of Tom Delay for a moment. Byron York reports in this column that Ronnie Earle, the liberal Democrat Texas prosecutor who brought the indictment seems to have Hollywood on his mind.

It seems that during the last two years Earle has given a film crew "extraordinary access" to his work on the DeLay case. Read the column to find out more about this movie, . . . and ask yourself whether or not you think there is something seamy about Earle actions.

If you have one functional brain cell, or a smidgeon of intellectual honesty, you might also ask yourself what the Democrat Party strategists would have recommended to all those thousands of fax recipients, if Judge Kenneth Starr had given a film crew similar "extraordinary access" to his work in the Clinton investigations, or if the Republicans had invited a couple of cameras and a producer or two into some Congressional offices during the same time frame?? Yeah, . . . just imagine.

And, . . . . to show you just how political this guy WANTS to be, take a gander at this web site: http://www.ronnieearle.com/contribute.html

God Bless,
Dan'L

The Big Buy -
Raymond Chandler meets Willie Nelson on the corner of Wall Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in The Big Buy, a Texas noir political detective story that chronicles what some are calling a “bloodless coup with corporate cash.” It follows maverick Austin DA Ronnie Earle’s investigation into what really happened when corporate money joined forces with relentless political ambitions to help swing the pivotal 2002 Texas elections, cementing Republican control from Austin to Washington D.C.

What you mean is that it'll be another flop, like the ones made by Michael Moore? Oh, yeah, . . . that's right, you think Moore is some kind of icon! After all, he made an accomplished attorney into, "the only thing he's ever managed is horse shows." Doing such a thing with the assistance of the mainstream media, is no longer an accomplishment. Check out the recent polls asking whether Americans think the media is TOO LIBERAL. Then, and only then, come back here, and explain how your premise holds any water. Until then, you remain a moron, who will not and cannot make a viable argument in any other way.

Seriously, I thought I read Moore's Fahrenheit was a big money maker for him. As far as an icon, I'm guessing the first thing that comes to mind when a Republican hears his name is that it's synonymous with Bush hater. Not up to speed on Moore's take on Brown, but your probably right about him zeroing in on Arabian Horse director or whatever Brown did. I did a few keyword searches and came up empty on whether Americans think the media is too liberal. Sorry, give me a link. And as far as my premise holding any water, I don't know what premise I made other than I can't wait to see this documentary which wasn't initiated by Earl.

So until you can give me a link showing a recent poll on whether Americans think the media is too liberal you will remain a babylonian baboon.

Moore's film was a loser, according to the dollars it made, listed in the "profit" column. As far as its content, most every contention he made has been completely debunked, and discredited. The guy is a complete loser, himself, so what else could be expected of him. His entire political philosophy is based on a bastardized form of Marxism, laced with a small taste of anarchy, (when he refuses to offer alternative choices to all the negatives he perpetually postulates). Two ideologies that would never fit into the American way of life; now, or in the distant future.

Well I'm back. I see you failed miserably. No poll. Not only are you a baboon, but a lying baboon at that.

Also I did a really quick check on the Fahrenheit documentary. You are such a lying loser. The documentary made millions and you knew it, LOSER. I don't mind a difference of opinion but when people start lying in order to prove their point its reprehensible.

http://slate.msn.com/id/2117923/

"Fahrenheit 9/11, now an event, took in more than $228 million in ticket sales worldwide, a record for a documentary, and sold 3 million DVDs, which brought in another $30 million in royalties. After the theaters took their share of the movie's gross (roughly 50 percent) and distributors deducted the marketing expenses (including prints, advertising, dubbing, and custom clearance) and took their own cut, the net receipts returned to Disney were $78 million."

Your entire political philosophy is based on a pure form of deceit, laced with a small taste of corruption.

Typical ANONYMOUS audacity, found in most cowardous liberals. Calling me a lying baboon, while trying to paint the picture of massive profits, yet not understanding the COSTS associated with all the production and distribution issues that Moore faced while trying to get his agenda-based POS into theatres is amazing.

I never said that Moore was a pauper, I said that "made an accomplished attorney into, "the only thing he's ever managed is horse shows." Doing such a thing with the assistance of the mainstream media, is no longer an accomplishment."

You prove me correct, if you read the entire article < http://slate.msn.com/id/2117923/ > that you use to display your ignorance about the true 'profit-and-loss' versus 'costs-of-doing-business' approaches to the simple act of participating in the capitalistic venture of actually BEING in business.

I'm sorry if you cannot grasp these concepts, in favor of believing in the dreams of "a chicken in every pot" and "Utopia Revisitied," but they are very real concepts for every person who participates in the American Dream, (Capitalism, itself), Michael Moore, included. Come back often, Mr. Anonymous Coward, and . . . call me a monkey's uncle, . . . but it looks moore and moore like I was right, after all.

God Bless,
Dan'L
